330 ml capped bottle. Poured a Wit Vase an unfiltered and hazy golden-yellow coloured Witbier with a one finger light beige foamy head that had a medium retention and tones of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is spicy, cloves, wheat malts and fruity notes, citrus. The flavour is powerful spicy, cloves, fruity, citrus, grapefruit, wheat malts and, may be salty sea-water ? The mouthfeel is light fizzy and round. The texture is watery. This light to medium bodied Witbier has a dry spicy and malty finish. A refreshing and pleasant Witbier from the " End of the World " at the Pointe de Crozon in the Bretagne.
