Goonerweisse is our interpretation of a classic Bavarian hefeweizen. It's simple and a bit fruity, with hints of clove. We are proud to have brewed this using a blend of Arizona grown and malted White Sonora Wheat and Colorado grown 2-row malt. It's lightly hopped with Magnum and Sterling, perfectly balanced for springtime sipping in the sunshine. Pair it with fresh goat cheese and olive oil on anything or grilled fish with lots of lemon and butter.
