A pretty solid ESB from Downtown brewing in downtown Knoxville. Pours a clear amber, soft creamy white head. Aroma is nutty, fresh hops and biscuity. Taste is pretty similar, moderate hop character and a long fruity finish.

My favorite offering from Downtown in downtown Knoxville... clear amber with a moderate white head. Aroma is hoppy, but not offensively so. Medium to full-bodied. Flavor is hops tempered with only a mere hint of the malts. Bitter finish - and very nice.

From tap at Downtown Grill and Brewery in Knoxville. Beautiful yellowish-amber coloring with a good head and decent head with lacing left. Very good hops aroma with a balanced finish of earthiness in the nose. Good carbonation throughout. Hops at start, hops throughout and hops at the end.

This one is definitely the star of the bunch from Downtown Grill in my opinion. There's a goog pale maltiness backing up a great tingling hop character. Tasty.
