Northfield #7 was bottled November 25th, 2021 after living in our oak Foeder for one year. Fermented with Brettanomyces and saison yeast, this bottle conditioned treat was brewed with 100% Barn Owl malted barley and wheat, Ontario & Quebec-grown Cascade from Hayhoe Hops and Houblonnière Lupuline. Dry, bitter, hop accented and expressive of its age.
