Taps clear golden with a fair eggshell head. Aroma offers coriander, malty, banana, and herbal/spicy tones. Flavor presents malty, coriander, banana and herbal notes, rather refreshing. Mouthfeel features typical fizz and body. A votre sante!

I picked this beer up from the Barrel Chest in Roanoke, VA. This is another well done beer from DFH. The beer is slightly spicy as is to be expected of a saison. The unique herbs and spiced used are noted. A pleasant beer.
