We use a saison yeast for that classic dry finish, but that's where the style similarities end. The use of lactose adds a solid sweetness to play off a big acid tang from Meyer lemons and acid malt. With a colour similar to that of lemonade, we went all out on this bad boy. We're pretty psyched about it. You should be too.
