Pours a yellow colour hazed by loads of tiny particles running through it. White frothy cap, decent lasting and with a thick foamy-creamy ring. Aromas of a Saison with the junipers giving notes of herbs, fresh grass, berries, pepper, citrus and some soft Belgian Ale yeast. The lime shows a little more in the taste over the grassy hops. All quite good, but seems more like a Saison to me than a witbier base.
