The beer pours a slightly hazed rust color with a huge frothy white head. The aroma is light fruit, caramel, biscuit malt, and yeast. The Mouthfeel is average. The flavor mimics the aroma with malty sweetness, some light fruity sweetness, and the hops coming at you in the end. A good beer.

Clear amber, light brown lacing lasting foam head. Barley aroma, sweet caramel notes. Light bitterness taste, lasting. Very nice beer, and new State tick. (Memphis 201505)

Big time citrus hop aroma and flavor compensate a little for the overabundance of biscuit malt. Pretty well balanced between the malt and a grapefruit like bitterness.

I felt that was closer to an American Pale Ale than an English Pale Ale given the highish hop profile. A cloudy amber pour with a long lasting foamy head. Lots of caramel malt in the aroma with a definite citrusy hop presence. Flavour tends towards the hoppish tones in this one. Very drinkable.

Sampled on 3/5/2010. This pale ale pours a deep orange gold color from a 12oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is caramel and bready with a touch of floral and earthy hops. A medium bodied Pale Ale. The malts are caramel and bready. The hops are floral and earthy. More in the English IPA style as it has more malts than hops. Decent carbonation. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Bottled@The omhper punkrock tasting. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, some mild hints of caramel as well. Flavour is fruity, wooden, some caramel malts as well as mild bittery grassy notes in the finish.

This one poured a copper color with a moderate head. The aroma contains some citrus as well as caramel. The flavor is rather malty with some grapefruit showing through. Overall a simple but nice pale ale.

This poured a dark golden color with a weak head. It had a slightly dry aroma with some hoppy notes. It had a slightly dry flavor and also finished dry.

It had a wonderful aroma and a beautiful copper coloured body. The presense of citrusy hops was delightful but not too much. The bouquet was full of nuttiness. A very clean and refreshing finish.

I generally don't care for the hoppiness of Pale Ale, but this is certainly an exception. Finely balanced and easy to enjoy for lovers of all styles. Great aroma, slightly sweet initial taste followed by just a hint of bitterness.
