A cornucopia of hop varieties imparts a floral-citrus aroma and a crisp bitterness to this medium-bodied ale. Concocted from Pilsen and a dash of Caramel malts, this burnished-golden brew has a sweet malt backbone for balance. IBUs - 60, ABV - 5.9%

Pours a clear golden with a thick ivory head. Aroma is hoppy with a fruity hint. Hoppy flavor is equally woody and resiny, hardly bitter. Texture is smooth, if not thick, and fairly fizzy. Bag one.

I've had this beer many times. This is a very nice local IPA. The aroma is a pine and citrus mix and the flavor tracks the aroma pretty closely. There are also flavor notes of grass as well. A nice, balanced, and refreshing beer.

Another from DC Dave (aka FoamDome). Nice golden pour, ample white head, nice lacing. Very grapefruity aroma, lightly sweetened, nicely offset with malt presence but the hops still dominate the nose. Nice medium bitter in the flavor, grapefruit and citrus hops, nice malts sweetness, great linger. Very worthy IPA from Dave - huge thanks bro.

My first beer from the state of Virginia is a nice one, 8 point IPA pours a mid yellow body, thin soapy head leaves some nice thick lace. Aromas of tropical friuts, lots of citrus, and floral notes, with a small amout of sweet malts poking through. Flavor is a nice grapefruit bite, with hints of pine needles, the finish is a decent biterness with a touch of maltv sweetness. Overall this is a winner, very nice.
