    less inspired than hophenge, or even hop trip. the casking mellows things a bit too much for me, especially in an ipa...makes it more complex, but not aromatic enough. not bad though.

    Ok on cask at the Deschutes Brewpub in Bend Oregon. What an excellent looking IPA..deep orange , very hazy amazing creamy cask conditioned head..marvelous lacing. Very hoppy/spicy aroma..exceptionally fresh. The cask conditioning seems to lessen the bitterness and allow the malts some room to roam making a very nicelly balanced beer. Exceptional on the palate..silky smooth and very creamy. What a drinkable ale..I could drink these all night ..wonderful
