'Tis the Saison is a celebration of the holiday season. Our twist on a Winter Ale is a Black Saison made with barley, wheat, and rye. Warm fermentation with a blend of Belgian yeasts produces notes of plum and spice. The addition of clove, cardamom, and galangal root create a flavor profile reminiscent of mulling spices.
