Until 1872, the use of wheat in beers was reserved exclusively for the Bavarian royal family. Keeping with Bavarian tradition we created our rendition on this German specialty and named it accordingly for the highfliers of today’s world. This beer is not just reserved for royalty and should be enjoyed by the kings and queens of the campsite during the summer months or after a hard day’s grind with friends. Delta’s Highflier Hefeweizen is naturally cloudy, exceptionally smooth and virtually no bitterness. Banana, clove and bubble gum aromas dominate and when poured should appear with a bright white head on top. Pairs well with fresh mozzarella and soft cheeses, seafood, salads and German sausage
