Nomad is a Farmhouse Ale made in the rustic Belgian tradition. Its fermentation creates earthy, peppery notes that are complimented by the addition of a blend of spices. They add a floral quality that comes forward on the nose and then slips into the background, allowing the beer to finish crisp, dry, and slightly tart.
