Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8
500 ml capped bottle. Poured in a stemmed glass an unfiltered and opaque dark-brown coloured B A with a one finger fine, dense and beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is solid toasted malts, roasted notes, dark chocolate, cocoa powder, spicy, vanilla. The flavour is toasted and roasted malts, grainy coffee beans, biscuits, chocolate, nutty notes and grassy hops. The mouthfeel is quite fulled and thick. The texture is watery. This medium bodied B A has a dry grainy and malty finish. A nice flavoured Brown Ale from the closer east suburb of Paris. Well done !
