Our 32K IPA is named to commemorate the heroic actions of Laura Secord during the War of 1812. Braving the wilds of the Niagara Escarpment in 1813, Laura Secord walked alone for 32km, then guided further by Cayuga Nation Warriors, arrived at Decew House to warn the British of an impending American attack. Our brewmaster taps into this same tenacity to convey this bold IPA.

Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7
Lightly hazed, amber colour with lots of lively carbonation creating a light-beige, frothy head with creamy lacing. Yeasty nose with a caramel malt base, herbal hops and other cereal notes. The caramel continues in the taste with a tad pine, some mild fruitiness, grains and grassiness. Wet mouthfeel with a nice drying finish. A decent old school IPA with a touch more yeastiness that most.
