750 ml corked and caged bottle. Poured an unfiltered hazy straw-yellow coloured Wit with a generous three fingers slight beige pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, yeast, fruity, citrus and spicy, coriander, cloves. The flavour is grainy wheaty malts, fruity, citrus, green apples, grapefruits and a subtle hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is fizzy and a bit watery. This medium bodied Wit has a dry bitter finish. A quite pleasant Wit from Normandie.
