The bottle I got fizzed all over the place - maybe symbolic revenge since I was rooting for the Red Sox, and they just plucked the Cardinals, and this beer is from Missouri. ;) Anyhoo, it pours a nice clear solar yellow with a thick and fluffy white head. Wheaty aroma has a strong overtone of peaches - and I LOVE peaches, not just because I live in Georgia (was born in Toronto but have lived in Atlanta for a number of years - my father was born here). Rich flavor has a strong and somewhat sweet peach overtone, but enough malt and a hint of hops to balance it. Firm, smooth texture has some good fizz, and leaves a fruity and slightly hoppy finish. HOW ’BOUT THEM SOX!!!
