Pours slightly hazy apricot with a fairly thick and rather persistent ivory head. Malty aroma has strong fruity and spicy overtones - cinnamon, dusty herbs, pear, apple, a hint of oak. Fruity flavor is mainly cinnamon and slightly sour apple plus herbs, cloves, oak, and whispers of licorice and butterscotch. Texture is firm and smooth, and somewhat fizzy. Enjoy in any season.
