Spitfire is an English-style IPA made with English Maris Otter malt and Virginia pale malt, and then hopped throughout the boil with East Kent Goldings hops, as per traditional English method. In an unconventional twist, we then dry-hopped the beer with Australian Galaxy hops for a bit of new school citrus flavor. The beer is bright, bitter, with earthy and fruity hop flavor throughout
