This solid little hefe pours a nice cloudy amber tinged golden with a nice head of white foam that settles to a thick ring, thin layer, and shows light lacing. the aroma is of clove, soft wheat. caramel, and honey sweet malts laced with banana. The taste is clove, banana, soft wheat, and honey sweet malts. The mouthfeel is medium body, with medium light carbonation, and a lightly dry finish.
