A collaboration hoppy Saison with the Winter Garden Crooked Can brewed with Rye Malt made locally at Rustic Brew Farm. The rye pairs nicely with the citrus and peppery notes given off by the French Saison yeast strain used for this beer. Nelson Sauvin hops in the whirlpool and dry hop dominate the nose and accentuate the citrus notes from the yeast.
