Pours clear bubbly topaz with a thick buttermilk head. Aroma furnishes fresh banana, lemon, wheat and yeast. Flavor generates toothsome banana plus tangy lemon, fresh wheat, subtle yeast and malt. Texture contributes good body and peppy fizz. Enjoy a twenty mile (thirty-two kilometer) drive, but not if you've had a few.
