Pollinator is a dry hopped (cascades) spiced blackberry hydromel. Pistils of Pollinator (click here to learn about Crafted Pistils) are crafted in honor of the industrious honey bees. Responsible for over one-third of the world's food supply they have worked thanklessly through the ages. Threatened today by Colony Collapse Disorder and other man-made threats, the weight of the world is getting a little heavier for the honey bee. Raise a glass to the Pollinator and click here for details on how you can help.

My first mead in awhile. A reddish colored pour. It is sweet in the nose and in tasting. The barmaid explained that there were hops in the brew. I didn't find them. Despite the sweetness it was not offensively so. Actually a pretty good drink.
