Our beloved hefeweizen brewed with generous amounts of cherries from the Crabtree's very own backyard and aged in Zinfandel barrels for over a year. Subtle fruit complexities, a dry finish and the essence of peach for an intricate mingling of flavors.

750ml bottle. Pours a clear straw yellow with a fizzy white head that diminishes to a thin film that leaves a little lacing.
The aroma is sweet fruits (peaches) and some vanilla / wood with some vinous floral notes.
The flavor is sweet and slightly tart peaches and cherries leading to a dry white wine-like finish. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and a bit watery.
Overall, an interesting fruit wheat. The barrel definitely makes it more interesting.
