This is a special edition of Cowbell's ALMANAC 2020 Belgian Quad – the beer specially brewed to celebrate our third year of life at the Cowbell Farm. After Almanac 2020 was fermented, most rested cool in our special black Anniversary Fermenter – undisturbed until its release on our third anniversary. A small portion of that beer was pulled from the tank, then laid to rest in Niagara Wine Casks for seven months. We invite you to enjoy this ambrosial 11.9% Niagara Wine Cask-Aged Belgian Quadrupel, with grape skin, raisin, black currant, caramel and nutty flavours to savour and enjoy. This beer may be enjoyed immediately, or matured in your cellar for up to ten years (upright, cool, and away from light). Best enjoyed in a chalice or snifter, and always with friends.
