In Bloom is a classic saison brewed with a simple grain bill of pilsner, carahell and wheat malt and fermented with a french saison yeast that we borrowed from our pals over at @meritbrewing . As a proper saison should be, it’s crisp and dry with a yeast character that lends flavours of spice, citrus peel and an earthy minerality. It’s also a style of beer that pairs excellent with food.
