Our take on a traditional German Hefeweizen. We fermented this beer cold to start but ramped up fermentation to make a balanced and drinkable beer. With notes of clove on the nose, the taste is mostly banana with a small hint of phenolics. Dry and fairly carbonated the flavor washes over your tongue quickly and then dissipates. Just another day, and it's Business As Usual
