Let's start with the obvious as I watch this beer's head take shape and the aromas of espresso followed by a bold coffee tasting made for a fantabulous (sorry Van Morrison) experience. The cascading formation of the head of this dark ebony beer reminds me of how farm fresh milk settles, with the cream rising to the top. There's excellent hang time on the head and a persistently thick ringlet. So creamy, so light and very refreshing.
