This is a fruit beer (cherry) aged in Jim Beam bourbon casks hile it ferments. Not much of an aromatic head but the aroma of thee beer itself is awesome. As far as the flavors and mouthfeel they are limitless with a hint of cherry a pronounced bourbon flavor and a plethoria of sweet malt tastes and some nice bittering hops, this ones a keeper
