Sampled at CooperSmith's. Pored a clear, dark-brown color with a light brown head. The aroma was sweet and malty. The flavor was pretty good, as it had a nice brown sugar flavor to it with a malty finish. I thought this was a solid brown ale.

I had this on draught at Coopersmith's in Fort Collins, CO Appearance: This pours a clear dark brownish/red color. Aroma: You get a schauzola full of roasty/toasty aromas Flavor: this is a very drinkable session beer. It pairs well with food. When in doubt, a good choice at Coopersmith's

The Not Brown poured a ruby-brown with an off-white, fluffy head that quickly went to a film and left a little lacing.
The aroma was toasted caramel malt.
The flavor was toasted malt, some coffee and chocolate, with a crsip finish. It was kind of over-balanced on the malt side. The mouthfeel was a little on the thin side.
Overall, a nice drinking brew. It reminded me of a scottish ale. -
