This is our traditional summer German wheat beer. It has 50% wheat malt in addition to Pale malt, but its real flavor and consistency comes from the yeast. This beer is cloudy and yeasty which is a perfect thing on a hot day on one of our patios. We make this beer from spring to fall.

sampler. unfiltered foll body and a light tan head. just "ok" lacing as well. aroma is light of wheat and taste is way overwhelming of yeast. not my flavor at all.
