"Dark Double Wheat Bock". A rich flavored brew made with pale, wheat Munich and chocolate malts, Hallertauer hops and wheat and lager yeast. The yeast and malt fullness is balanced with the coffee like acidity. All this adds up to a complex yet easy drinking brew. A lot of name for a lot of beer!

The DDWB poured a dark brown with red highlights. It had a huge creamy off-white head that had nice retention and lacing. It's aroma was of crisp, piney hops with some citrus. It had a very unique taste that I found hard to describe. It was a piney malt up front with a crisp, lightly hopped finish. It was a full and creamy beer that was very drinkable.
