OPPOSITE TO POLAR NIGHTS, THERE ALSO EXISTS A PERIOD OF DAYS WHERE THERE ARE 24 HOURS OF SUNLIGHT. Polar Day is a Session I.P.A. that showcases bright hoppy flavors and aroma with the use of substantial late and dry hop additions. This beer evokes notes of pine, grapefruit and pineapple which will turn your polar experience into a near endless tropical one. Enjoy! Appearance: pours hazy gold with a thick frothy white head, which recedes slowly and leaves ample lacing. Smell: Mango, pineapple, papaya and grapefruit rind, accompanied by a hint of pine. Taste: Juicy tropical fruit accompanied by sweet peach and grapefruit. Subtle and clean piney bitterness that creeps on the palate after a few seconds. Overall: The sweet aroma of the hops accompanied by subtle bitterness create together a balanced and drinkable Session I.P.A that leaves your mouth dry and wanting more!

Can from the brewery with a little over carbonation, foaming out of the can. The off-white head is huge, takes a while to go down, leaving spotty lacing. Slightly unfiltered, hazy, golden colour. Citrus aromas of hops over mild cereal grains and sweet yeast. Some particles floating around. Seems like Belgian Ale yeast is used here again, but mild in the background, adding some light sweetness. Grapefruit zest mostly from the Citra and Mosaic. Other than the carbonation, an all-around very nice Session IPA.
