pours a light gold with a small head that never fully dissipated and left good lacing. Champagne look. the aroma is a pleasant blend of mild spices, funky yeast, pome & tropical fruits, fresh grassy notes. The taste is fruity with funky apples & citrus, then floral & earthy hop notes and some mild spices. the mouthfeel is medium, nice lively carbonation.
