Beer Clara Pilsen. The traditional beer of Pilsen Colorado differend from the others by adding Cassava in its composition. The fabrication process of Colorado Cauim takes on average 28 days and uses water as raw materials, German yeast, malt, imported hops and Czech cassava starch. The result is a product with low fermentation of light and smooth flavor with an alcohol content at 4.0%. The Colorado was elected by Cauim Notebook Taste of the newspaper O Estado de Sao Paulo, as the second best beer in Pilsen in the country in May 2008.
