The latest version of our Surround Sound DIPA features a hop we are extremely excited about; the fragrant Lotus hop is known in the brewing world for its intense notes of orange and vanilla. We paired it with Mosaic which imparts its own beautiful berry and tropical fruit bouquet. We dry-hop all of our Surround Sound DDH DIPA’s at 20g/l for a maximum hop experience! Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8
Can that pours a lightly hazy golden colour with an amber hue. The head is foamy, frothy, warm-white, good retention and thick foamy lacing. Some particles come out at last pour. Aromas of pineapple, citrus and even hints of raisins. This continues into the taste. More juicy than bitter with some decent dryness in the finish. I find this version easier drinking than most others.
