Matter of Fact, our easy drinking Dry Hopped Blonde Ale, is designed to refresh. A subtle but present dry-hop of Ella, Centennial and Citra hops puts a citrusy, tropical twist on a clean blonde ale. With a floral, grapefruit nose and bright haze, this beer is perfect for someone who loves a New England Style IPA but is after something a bit more sessionable.

473 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 4.8%. Hops are Ella and Centennial. Hazy pale yellow colour, moderate to small white head. Nice aroma of tropical fruits and citrus, a hint of spruce. Light bodied. The flavour is mid between dry and sweet, citrus and tropical fruits again, apparently no lactose, a slight resinous bitterness in the finish.

The beer poured a hazy pale gold colour with a thin white head that disappeared quickly. The aroma was fruity with notes of citrus, grainy malts, and earthy hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour was light fruit, grainy malt, light funky flavours, with a bitter finish. -

Pours a slight hazy, light-yellow colour with an off-white, frothy-bubbly head, good retention and leaving some nice small foamy spots. Citrus hop aromas with some perfume notes, grasses and hints of fruitiness. The mouthfeel has just enough building dryness in the finish, but the rest is wet and refreshing. The taste is mild, easy-going, with still a lot going on. Good hoppiness, decent bitterness. Citrus zest lingering. A very nice dry-hopped blonde ale.
