This New England style DIPA is a beast, but not in a "lurking in the shadows, evil" kind of way; in a "flavour explosion, delicious hops," GOOD Monster kind of way! Double dry hopped with 24g/L of Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe and Amarillo; notes of tropical mango and passionfruit, juicy peach, and bright orange, lemon, and grapefruit shine!

The beer pours a hazed gold colour with plenty of floaties and white bubbly head. The aroma is tropical fruit, yeast, light spices and grassy malts. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is fruits, grains, with an unfortunate alcohol burn -

Tall can from LCBO. Pours an average size frothy white head that sticks around for a while and leaves some thick dirty soapy lace. Has a hazy golden orangey coloured appearance. Lively carbonation. Aromas of grassy and piney hops, some yeasty and wheaty notes, a bit of tropical fruit as well. Flavours are quite citrusy and grassy, some pine and yeast in the finish. Nice bitterness in the finish. Pretty good!

Hazy golden colour with a frothy-bubbly off-white head, good retention and some soapy lacing left. Beautiful aromas mixing some fruitiness and one characteristic I really like in some of these hops - cilantro. Yes, a mix of grassiness and mild sourness. Some pineapple, peach and other tropical fruits. The flavours are different as the fruitiness is lighter, and the hops show more bitterness and dryness with the grassiness. The cilantro I love in Vietnamese food is still present. The is a very nice DIPA that is for those who like them less juicy, and more hoppy in the mouth.
