Our IPA is aggressively hopped and comes in at 75 IBUs. The hop aroma and flavors are a balance of melon, citrus, spicy, and funky hop notes that come from the blend of four hops we use in the beer. The balance provides an intense hop flavor without an overpowering hop bite, even at 75 IBUs.

Pours slightly hazy solar yellow with a very thick eggshell head. Aroma produces resiny hops, hay, fresh malt, and sweet citrus notes. Flavor features resiny hops, tart orange and malty notes, plus a hint of dusty hay. Mouthfeel offers decent, smooth body and shy fizz, and a lemony finish. Slam one back!

Not a big fan of this one. Balance seems off. Some tropical and citrusy flavors, but not quite working with the hops. Has a slight wet-dog aroma. Medium to darker yellow appearance with a semi-light feel. Fizzy white head that breaks up pretty fast. Below average for an IPA.
