Comes out of tap clear solar yellow with a thick snowy head. Aroma presents notes of yeast, banana and pear plus a little malt. Flavor adds lemongrass and a snip of hops up front, while pepper comes out in the finish. Body is average, while fizz is good. Head down this street for a satisfying saison.
