On tap @ The Lodge Beer & Growler Bar in Hilton Head. Served in the proper glassware! Always a big plus... Pours a nice clear amber with a tight creamy head and nice lacing throughout drinking. Sweet light toasted malt aroma with caramel and a really nice presence of Noble hops. Taste is big for an Altbier with a caramel sweetness and toastiness from the malts offset by a nice hops bitter that balances nicely. Very good first beer and first impression from COAST Brewing in SC. Very nice alt!
