This is not a typical Hefeweizen. Rather than present pronounced clove, banana, or vanilla flavours, this weizen has a more tart, light and refreshing flavour. This balance is complimented by the addition of blackberries for a secondary fermentation, which adds a slight fruit flavour and darkens the colour.
