A fairly faint nose. Some biscuit and some floral .... Lavender? Clear medium copper body topped with a thin white head that has good retention and leave some foam if not lace on the sides of the glass. Mouth is slightly creamy and quite clean and nicely carbonated. Alcohol is pretty well masked but slightly warming. A very malty flavor not terribly complex but that's kind of okay. Old fashioned hops which is to say bittering and piney. Finishes with a hint of cotton candy but only just a hint and the finish is lengthy and at the end is a bit floral. This is a goddamn good beer.

Pours clear mahogany with a fairly thick buff head. Aroma has hoppy, malty, and subtle cloves notes with an undertone of caramel. An interesting IPA, so far. Hops really come out in the flavor, but the malt and caramel peep through, and a snip of cloves comes out in the background. Texture is quite fizzy and fairly firm, leaving a nice hoppy finish. Get in this game!

Pours dark mahogany with amber hues on the edges, a finger of head with decent retention and good lacing. Aroma is sweet, lots of caramel and juicy grapefruit, and hints of grass. Flavor starts sweet, tangerine and orange juice with grass and pepper undertones, a little copper pokes through along with a little caramel, but the beer stays drier and more bitter than the color and aroma suggest. Overall, a nice IPA, if a bit a dark, kind of a stickeIPA.
