The Raspberry wheat is a crisp, refreshing beer with just a hint of raspberry flavor. The flavor is not tart but lightly sweet reminiscent of summer berries. The raspberry is made with premium Canadian 2-row barley and wheat. Just enough imported Czech saaz hops are added to give a light floral note to compliment the raspberry flavor. This is an extremely drinkable, crisp, refreshing anytime beer.

Taste tested this one without the lemon slice. Arrived with a nice thick creamy head. Has a pale golden appearance with a slight red hue. Hardly any carbonation. The raspberry aroma is readily apparent. Flavours are also of the raspberry variety as well as malts, wheats and a bit of sweetness on the palate. Tangy mouthfeel. Not too bad.

Raspberry wheats suck, face it. Light gold, almost looks like there should be a haze but aint. Straight up raspberry syrup stuffed into an American Wheat. Initial raspberry fades to expose a solid wheat body, mild hops. Mild carb, gassy, soft finish. Yawn.

I didnt get the lemon slice, but rather a half pint. Very light golden colour with little head. Very tart for a raspberry brew with a hoppy feel and a bit of sweetness in the aftertaste but overall a very subdued taste. Again I think this would come down to personal preference but im not really a fan.

Ouch ! This one was served with a lemon slice. Poured a light golden colour with a very slight touch of red. The aroma was kind of sour with some wheat mostly and the raspberry in the back. Even the taste, started on a sour note, then the grain kicked in to finish lightly with the wheat and raspberry. I remember this one being better many, many years ago, but still refreshing... specially in summer.
