    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

Had this one a few times at the Bank street brewpub. Poured a clean copper with a beautiful creamy beige head, great retention and full lacing. Looks like nitro is added to this one. Aromas of molasses and roasted malts. Mild taste of watered-down roasted malts with hints of oyster sauce. Actually goes down quite well. Head stays up the whole time, and beer gets better as it warms up. Wet mouthfeel with slight creaminess. Very light saltiness in the aftertaste. I really enjoy this one and hope they can make it more often.

Had on tap at the Glebe brewpub, last batch. Pours an average size foamy light brownish head and has a dark amber appearance. Runny, liquidy lace. Aromas of light roasted malts, mild sweet malts, light chocolates and a slight hint of ccffee. Flavours are also light roasted malts, light caramel notes, some toffee. Seems like a lighter version of a darker, thicker stout. So well blended that I can't seems to pinpoint any oysters in the mix. Mouthfeel is smooth, not very creamy. Medium bodied. Lively carbonation. Not too bad.
