The No. 7 IPA is clean, easy to drink and will leave fans of hoppy beers satisfied. Our No. 7 is deep gold in colour with a slightly hazy appearance. The aroma is bursting with tropical fruit flavours such as passion fruit with hints of grapefruit. The key to this beer is while it is loaded with hop flavour and aroma it is not bitter. It is smooth and easy to drink leaving your mouth full of flavour.. Hops used are Vic Secret from New Zealand and Newport hops from Tavistock, Ontario.

Clean golden-amber with a creamy-frothy warm cap, good stay and some creamy lace. Nice fresh hops in the aromas with herbal notes, mild pine hits and some spiciness. The taste shows the hops over the caramel malts. Bitterness builds up for a CT brew. The mouthfeel lingers into dryness. Quite a nice IPA that goes well with their food. I feel they stepped up their game with this one, as usually a little more conservative.

On tap at the Orleans brewpub. Pours an average size frothy creamy off-white head and with time dissipates to a small coating. Has a pale golden, light amber appearance. Decent dirty lacing. Aromas are fruity, mainly tropical fruit, piney, some subtle floral and citrus as well. Flavours are also quite fruity, some floral and pine notes, a little bit of bitterness in the finish. Has a crisp and slightly dry mouthfeel as well. Pretty good overall.
