On tap at the brewery, " mezza pinta " in a nonick pint, 280 ml. Poured an unfiltered hazy dark amber-chestnut coloured ale with a one finger slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is mild caramel and toasted malts, spicy, cinnamom, mild aromatic hops, flowery. The flavour is pronounced aromatic hops, flowery, violet, spicy, cinnamom and at the end of the sip a touch of sourness. The mouthfeel is creamy and very smooth. This light to medium bodied ale has a lingering hoppy bitter and spicy ( cinnamom ) finish. A very fresh and refreshing ale.
