    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

750 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured an unfiltered hazy golden-yellow coloured Witbier with a two fingers slightly beige pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is wheaty malts, spicy, cloves, ginger, coriander and fruity, bananas, grapefruits. The flavour is wheaty malts, fruity, grapefruits, pineapples, oranges, bananas, spicy, cloves, ginger, coriander and peppery tones. The mouthfeel is crispy, sparkling and fresh. This light to medium bodied Witbier has a dry fruity and spicy finish. An easy drinkable Witbier from a tiny brewery located in the middle of the Barolo's vineyard.
