Sampled on 10/12/2012 at GABF. This fruit beer pours a slightly hazy yellow gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is wheaty, sweet and slightly fruity. A medium bodied fruit beer. The malts are wheaty, fruity and sweet. The hops are herbal. Slightly fruity and a touch sweet. The Prickly Pear flavors are kind of mild, but that is kind of expected. Nice carbonation. Clean and crisp taste. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
