notes: much better wihtout the cedar, and an abundance of lemon to back up the rustic floral saison base. feel is firm and lightly fizzy. very aromatic and flavorful.

This treatment was more to the traditional style than the others. Good saison base with an abundance of lemon. Nice dry sweetness and a big Belgian yeast influence. Sparkling pour with a billowing head. Very nice Saison all around.
